Todd Roberts serves as the President and CEO of Roberts Communications Network (RCN) and the President of Racetrack Television Network (RTN). In August of this year he celebrated his 41st year serving the racing industry.
Todd formed RCN on September 17, 1998 and under his leadership it has turned into the leading worldwide simulcast and wagering data communications services provider in the racing industry.
