Global Symposium on Racing Speaker: Lexy Willis
Lexy earned her Bachelor of Science in Equine Science and Management, with a minor in Biology, from the University of Kentucky. Her scientific background continues to guide her commitment to supporting progress within the equine industry. As Laboratory Manager at Racing Surfaces Testing Laboratory (RSTL), she oversees daily laboratory operations and client project coordination while maintaining a strong focus on quality control. She leads RSTL’s ongoing efforts toward ISO accreditation and supports the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
