Global Symposium on Racing Speaker: Jason Klouser
Jason has served as the Director of Enforcement for the Pennsylvania State Horse Racing Commission since 2015, overseeing enforcement operations and investigations at all six racetracks throughout the Commonwealth. In addition to his work in Pennsylvania, Jason has been an active member of the Organization of Racing Investigators (ORI), serving on the Executive Board since 2018, contributing to the growth and modernization of the organization.
Through his involvement with ORI, Jason has participated on numerous Racing Integrity Teams in over a dozen jurisdictions, working major events across all breeds. Participation in these teams lead to Jason being instrumental in establishing ORI Integrity & Consulting Services, a dedicated subsidiary of the ORI designed to centralize and streamline the deployment of Racing Integrity Teams and strengthen collaboration between jurisdictions and the ORI.
