Chris Dobbins is Senior Vice President of InCompass Solutions, where he leads strategic initiatives across technology, racing operations, regulatory compliance, and product innovation for the Thoroughbred industry. With more than 20 years of experience in horse racing, gaming, and software development, he has helped advance industry technology, operational modernization, and safety-focused programs in partnership with organizations including The Jockey Club and the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA).
Dobbins has guided the development of business partnerships, customer-facing platforms, and operational systems that support racetracks and racing organizations nationwide. His work includes leadership in the continued evolution of the InCompass Track Manager platform and related technology solutions that help racing organizations manage data, improve workflows, and respond to changing regulatory and customer expectations.
A frequent presenter on racing technology, data management, integrity, and operational best practices, Dobbins has spoken at industry and professional programs hosted by The Jockey Club, the FBI National Academy, the Thoroughbred Racing Associations, and the University of Arizona Global Symposium on Racing. He brings a practical, operations-focused perspective to discussions about how technology, compliance, and customer service intersect in a rapidly changing racing environment.
