Global Symposium on Racing Speaker: Ashlyn Moore
Ashlyn Moore is the Vice President, Operations for 1/ST EQUESTRIAN, a division of 1/ST. Ashlyn is responsible for the expanding portfolio of equestrian sport initiatives with a focus on integrating future world-class horse sport experiences at 1/ST venues. She oversees the operational aspects of the company’s current elite equestrian partnership with Split Rock Jumping Tour and is an integral part of the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games host venue planning team at Santa Anita Park.
Ashlyn’s 10 years of industry experience span breeding, racing, and executive operations, and event management for 1/ST's premier entertainment brands, including The Preakness Stakes and the Pegasus World Cup. She has supported a broad range of strategic, operational, and cross-departmental initiatives central to the company’s racing and wagering vision. Her versatility and comprehensive understanding of the company, along with her passion for equestrian sport, informs her strategic approach to planning and advancing the 1/ST EQUESTRIAN brand.
An avid rider since the age of seven, she has competed internationally in saddleseat and brings a deep, lifelong connection to the sport that enriches her perspective in this role.
Originally from Aurora, Ontario, Ashlyn pursued a Bachelor of Science from York University in Toronto.
