Andrew is a partner in Goodwin's Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation practice, as well as in the firm's Gaming, Gambling, and Sweepstakes practice. His work focuses on appellate matters and complex civil litigation in federal and state courts. Andrew has experience across a wide range of areas, including administrative law, blockchain and digital currency, consumer financial services, and white-collar defense.
In addition to his appellate work, Andrew counsels clients on compliance with federal and state gaming and gambling laws. His clients include gaming operators, fantasy sports companies, skill-contest platforms, investors, and businesses adjacent to mobile gaming, such as financial institutions and suppliers. He also represents clients before state gaming regulators.
Andrew has written extensively on the emerging field of prediction markets litigation and counsels clients on the evolving issues in that space.
