Global Symposium on Racing Speaker: Stephanie Hronis
Stephanie Hronis is a Thoroughbred owner and industry advocate who co-manages Hronis Racing alongside her husband, Kosta, and brother-in-law, Pete. Since 2010, the Hronis family has campaigned champions including Flightline, Accelerate, Stellar Wind, Higher Power, and Gift Box. While enjoying the racing at California home tracks, Santa Anita and Del Mar, Stephanie’s focus expands beyond the winner’s circle to the sport’s complex ecosystem and the people who sustain it.
Drawing on a career in education as a School Counselor, Instructor, and Director, Stephanie brings a unique lens to racing. Dedicated to investing in racing’s future, Stephanie serves on the Executive Committee of the Horse Racing Women’s Association, where she champions professional and personal development and constructive changes that can move the sport forward. She also serves on the boards of the Thoroughbred Owners of California, the California Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Foundation, and the Jockey Club Safety Net Foundation Advisory Board.
