Jason Klouser
Jason is native to Northeast Pennsylvania and an alumnus of Penn State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice, complemented by a Minor in Sociology.
He began his career in law enforcement in 2009 and was certified as a Drug Recognition Expert, Law Enforcement Instructor, and worked as an undercover narcotics officer for the County Drug Task Force.
In 2015, Jason assumed his position as the Director of Enforcement for the Pennsylvania State Horse Racing Commission. In this role, he oversees enforcement and integrity operations at three thoroughbred and three standardbred racetracks in Pennsylvania.
Jason is also an active member of the Organization of Racing Investigators, serving on the executive board in various positions since 2018 and currently serving as the organization's Chairman.
Jason's expertise extends beyond Pennsylvania, as he has participated on Racing Integrity Teams at racetracks across the United States, including New York, Texas, Iowa, New Mexico, Florida, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Oregon, and Virginia. Additionally, Jason has worked as an investigator for the Delaware Thoroughbred Racing Commission at Delaware Park and participated on the Breeders Cup Equine Security Team.
