A graduate in Advertising, he began his career at prestigious international agencies such as BBDO, Grey, and Leo Burnett, where he developed a strong foundation in strategy and advertising creativity, collaborating on innovative projects for various global brands. In 2004, he joined Hipódromo de Palermo as Marketing Manager, establishing himself as a leader in the sector.
Throughout his career, Hernán has worked tirelessly to bring the public closer to horse racing and betting, creating engaging and secure experiences for fans. He currently serves as Commercial Manager for horse racing, leading the digital transformation of sales channels and driving the industry's international expansion. His strategic vision, combined with a deep commitment to innovation and sustainable growth, has been essential to strengthening the reach and relevance of this traditional activity in new markets.
