Dick Powell

Dick Powell is a seasoned horse racing professional with over 36 years of experience in all aspects of the industry. His horse racing consultant business handles business and legislative issues. He is an acknowledged expert on domestic and international simulcasting, account wagering, player rewards/incentives, gaming at racetracks and fan education. His advice has been sought internationally by the Dubai Racing Club, Equestrian Club of Riyadh, SIS in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong Jockey Club and Racing and Gaming Services in St. Kitts. He has an M. A. in Sociology from the State University of New York – Binghamton 1977 and a B. A. in Sociology from the City University of New York – Richmond College 1974.
