Thoroughbred Idea Foundation
The Thoroughbred Idea Foundation advocates for improvements which benefit all industry stakeholders, but specifically its primary financial participants - horseplayers and horse owners. TIF work has been the impetus for several changes in racing including the introduction of penny breakage in Kentucky and Category 1 interference rules in Oklahoma.
