Exhibitors take center stage during the evening receptions with open bars located throughout the exhibit area. The exhibit space fee includes two conference registrations.

- Exhibit spaces are 10’ wide x 8’ deep and include a table, 2 chairs and 500 watt outlet.
- First space $3,000 - includes two registrations.
- Each additional space $1,500. Discounted rate does not include complimentary registrations.
Exhibit space is limited. First priority is given to requests that are part of a sponsorship package–all requests must be made by September 29 to insure availability.
Exhibit Setup, Show Times and Tear Down
Exhibitors have access to the exhibit space areas for setup on Monday morning, December 4, 2023. Exhibitors requiring more time to set up large displays must contact the show contractor, Arizona Cine, to make arrangements.

- Wednesday, December 6
8:00 am-6:00 pm
Exhibit tear-down is Wednesday, December 6, at the conclusion of the evening reception.
Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
If notice of cancellation is received prior to September 29, the exhibit space fee will be refunded. If the cancellation is received after September 29, but prior to October 29, a $500 cancellation fee will be imposed. After October 29, there will be no refunds for cancellations.
Registration Requirements for Sponsors and Exhibitors
All attendees must register even if their registration fee is complimentary due to exhibit space reservations or sponsorship.
If your registration fee is NOT complimentary as part of a sponsor or exhibitor package, standard conference fees will apply.
