Exhibit booths are located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer, a prime area with direct to the conference rooms. Exhibit booths take center stage during evening receptions as the open bars are located throughout the exhibit space. The exhibit booth fee includes conference registration from two representatives from your organization and the opportunity to promote your company by including a flyer or item in each attendee’s conference bag.

- Exhibit booths are 10’ wide x 8’ deep and include a table, 2 chairs and 500 watt outlet.
- First booth $3,000 - includes two registrations.
- Each additional booth $1,500. Discounted rate does not include complimentary registrations.
Exhibit booth placement will be determined by the size (height) of your display and power needs. To allow us to meet your specific needs for exhibit space, you must fill out ALL blanks on the Sponsor & Exhibitor Agreement.
