Tucson, AZ – The University of Arizona’s Race Track Industry Program (RTIP) proudly announces the 50th annual Global Symposium on Racing, set to take place from December 9-11, 2024, at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. This landmark event will bring together racing executives, industry leaders, and experts from around the globe for three days of engaging discussions and workshops focused on the latest trends and challenges facing the racing industry.

“Our panel discussions, workshops, and networking events provide a unique platform for knowledge-sharing and collaboration,” said Robert Hartman, Chair of the RTIP. “We’re excited to bring together key figures from the racing world to explore critical industry issues and foster innovation.”

Due to high demand and limited availability at the host hotel, the RTIP has secured the Ventana Canyon Club and Lodge as an official overflow accommodation. Located within walking distance of the conference venue, The Lodge is offering a special discounted room rate of $195 plus taxes and fees. Attendees can book the Global Symposium discounted rate online – Ventana Canyon Club and Lodge Discounted Rate or by contacting  Wayne Doyel at (520) 577-4092. Those wishing to stay at the host hotel can visit Loews Ventana Canyon Resort hotel page for room availability.
