2024 Global Symposium on Racing Panel Sessions Announced

Tucson, AZ – The 50th Annual Global Symposium on Racing is set to take place December 9-11, 2024, at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, bringing together top industry leaders, stakeholders, and experts from around the globe to discuss the future of racing. With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and growth, this year’s symposium offers a dynamic platform for sharing insights, strategies, and success stories.

The symposium’s agenda will feature a variety of thought-provoking sessions including how the industry can benefit from artificial intelligence, improving the aftercare model, and cutting-edge sports marketing strategies. In addition, the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA) and Horseracing Integrity and Welfare Unit (HIWU) will provide industry impact insights.

Hall of Fame trainers Bob Baffert and Todd Pletcher will return to their alma mater to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Race Track Industry Program and the Global Symposium on Racing. They will take the stage to share their perspectives in the panel “Champions. Challenges. Commitment.”

Monday will feature informative pre-conference industry meetings including ARCI Model Rules Meeting, the Racing Secretaries Summit, and NTRA/NHC Workshop.

A series of alumni events are planned to commemorate the historic 50th anniversary of the RTIP and Symposium, with complimentary registration offered to all alumni.
