United States Trotting Association's Mike Tanner is Welcomed to Campus

Mike Tanner, Executive VP & CEO of the USTA, visited with both ACBS 433 and ACBS 441 classes on Monday April 15. In the Advanced Laws class Tanner shared some thoughts on the USTA’s new Standardbred Racing Investigative Fund (SRIF) project which was adopted by the USTA board. 

In the Racetrack Organization, Structure and Financial Management class, Mike discussed the standardbred’s industry-wide stakes scheduling and how it allows the leading horses to visit even the smallest tracks.
