Michele Ravencraft
Michele Ravencraft started her career in the horse racing industry in May of 2003 as the HR and Operations Assistant at the National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA) and Breeders’ Cup, where she was mentored by many veteran staff.
She now is the Senior Vice President of Events for the NTRA, where she oversees the National Horseplayers Championship and the Eclipse Awards.
Michele works with horseplayers daily who are competing to win a berth into the National Horseplayers Championship (NHC) which is held in Las Vegas annually. She has been part of the success of growing the NHC into a multi-million-dollar event that is recognized as the world’s most prestigious handicapping contest.
She also works with the Breeders’ Cup team each year in the Racing Office during the Breeders’ Cup World Championships.
Michele is currently serving on the newly formed Membership Committee of the Horse Racing Women’s Summit.
