Since 1975 Will E. Cummings has engaged in management consulting directing numerous studies of the economics, management and regulation of leisure and entertainment businesses. The subject of these studies have included sports, entertainment, communications, casinos, sports wagering, state lotteries and the horse and greyhound industries. His work has spanned forty states, provinces and foreign countries. He has conducted numerous feasibility studies for racetracks, slots-at track facilities, and full scale casinos working with gaming commissions on issues relating to financial stability and projected performance.
